The SolutionCare Break-Fix plan is an on-call plan that is offered to micro businesses, typically those with under 5 employees.  The Break-Fix plan is a completely reactive plan and is best provided to those technically savvy organizations or individuals who need assistance on an as-needed basis but who can provide their own technical support to themselves.  With this plan, our engineers can utilize our software to provide remote support or setup an on-site visit as required but are not going to provide security patches and other components that should be done by the client's onsite technology person.
