The Innovation Consulting firm, already a SolutionCare client, brought Solution Works in to help develop a disaster recovery plan where their data and systems were backed up efficiently and securely. With this plan, Solution Works implemented a two tier solution which involved local backups to an onsite attached storage device as well as to SC Backup, the encrypted online backup solution, which made sure their data was not only offsite, but accessible from anywhere in the world.

Results

Since a backup plan was put in place, the Innovation Consulting firm employees have already tested this capability by the restoration of individual emails accidentally deleted and the archiving of important data, allowing them to sleep easier knowing that their systems are operating efficiently and they will always have access to their data, no matter what happens.
